Some of these things will stand the test of time. Others, not so much.
This week, the Browns finally reached the “polygamous Christian” Richard family in Springfield. The entire ep was basically:
1. For no apparent reason at all, a Seder – in which Kody shows off his mad Hebrew-speaking skillz. Shalom, dude!
2. Two picnics
3. An adults-only dinner where everyone ate out of huge skillets.
What did we learn about the Richard family? They’re really, really strange. In fact, they make the Browns look downright middle-of-the-road. I never thought I’d say this, but if I had to choose, I would so pick Kody over Nathanael (Richard) as a husband. Wow, it’s super chilly all of a sudden! Oh yeah, hell just froze over.
We’re also treated to the QM’s wit and wisdom about being the first wife. It’s the “I’m really a human being” edit. We’re not falling for that, TLC!
Much more in the full recap, including every one of the Richard family’s peccadillos. As Kody would say, biz shpeter!
