Hey Trash Talkers, sorry MisRed has been MIA. MisRed was on vacation overseas and had limited time, and limited WiFi, so I was unable to recap for the past two episodes… and no one was able to cover. But I’m back. So I’m going to recap 3 episodes of Battle of the Sous Chefs and 2 Episodes of Top Chef Masters. You might want to grab some coffee.
When last we met, Jenn and her Sous, Cory were eliminated at the end is Episode 2. And Chef Sang won with the help of his Sous, Ted- Chef Sang also had immunity for the Elimination Challenge.
On this Battle of the Sous Chefs, Unibrow tells the Chefs they will be making a great Sausage. IT’S A SAUSAGE PARTY.
They have a limited amount of protein to work with and they must reserve all scraps. I am guessing that the Masters are going to need to use the scraps in their challenge, but the Sous seem none the wiser.
Sue’s Sous Nick is feeling the pressure as Sue has threatened to fire him if he fails. I’m going to come out and say that I do not like Sue. Blech.
Odette’s Sous, Bennedetto was inspired to become a chef by watching Jack Tripper on Three’s Company.
Sang’s Sous, Ted feels the pressure to keep Sang on top.
